How to delete your account

On the website (zonsepoint.com): 1. Sign in. 2. Open Profile → Security Settings. 3. Choose Delete My Account and confirm.

In the Zonse Point app: 1. Sign in. 2. Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. 3. Choose Request Account Deletion, then Schedule Deletion.

If you can no longer sign in, email support@zonsepoint.com from the email address on your account and ask for your account to be deleted.

What happens next

• Your account is deleted 30 days after you confirm. Until then you can cancel from the same place. • Your listings come off sale straight away and you can't add new ones. • If you still have open orders, disputes, laybys, refunds or payouts, or owe money as a seller, deletion waits until they are finished. • Running ad campaigns are cancelled and any unspent Zonse credit is forfeited when the account is deleted. To keep unspent ad budget, cancel your campaigns first (it returns as Zonse credit) and spend your credit before the deletion date. • To keep a copy of your data, use Download My Data before you delete (website: Profile → Data & Privacy; app: Settings → Data Protection).

What is deleted and what is kept

• Your account data is kept while your account is open. • When you delete your account, it is removed after 30 days. If you owe money as a seller, removal waits until that is settled. • Records that anti-money-laundering law requires (your identity, transactions and payouts) are kept in restricted form for 7 years after your last related activity, then deleted. • The photos you send us directly to verify your identity are kept privately and deleted 7 years after your last activity on Zonse Point. • Orders, disputes and messages that involve other users stay in their history, with your name removed. • Contact Information Policy violation records are kept permanently.
